Genderfluff, also known as fluffgender, is an aesthetigender that is light, soft and fluffy or related to fluffiness or fluffy things. It can make one feel warm and fuzzy inside. It could also mean having an attachment to pastel femininity, as well as fluffiness. Fluffiness includes fluffy pillows or plushies as well.
The newest version of this term was made with age regressors in mind, but can definitely be used by anyone. One can also add a suffix if they feel an attachment to another gender, such as fluffboy, fluffgirl, fluffnonbinary, fluffandrogyne, and so on.
History
Genderfluff seems to have first been used by Tumblr user Hollifo on August 27, 2014.[1] It was next coined by Tumblr user Glitchprincette on July 16, 2016.[2] The most recent re-coining was by Tumblr user Twink-Flags on December 16, 2018.[3] Twink-Flags' definition is used most often.
