Animogender is a gender identity where one feels that their gender (or genders) have personalities and/or a mind of their own. Someone who is animogender can also be worldgender, where they feel their genders have a mind of their own and feel like they make up their own world, or it can be a stand-alone label for anyone who feels like their gender has a personality or mind of its own. Animogender individuals can also feel like their gender is completely separate from them, like their gender is its own individual, or they can feel like their gender is a part of them but seems to have a personality.
Animogender vs Plurality
Plurality is the state of there being multiple individuals within a single brain and body. Animogender is when one's gender or genders feels like it has a personality. These two should not be mixed up or compared to one another, as headmates are not a gender, but are instead separate individuals.
Conversely, this gender may be useful to some systems, for example, if they have 'NPCs' in the innerworld that represent their genders, or if they are gendercontinuum, genderentities, or are otherwise queergenic in some form.

The original flag maker is unknown and the flag's meaning is also currently unknown.
The alternate animogender flag was created by FANDOM user TheGamblingDemon on January 10, 2020.[1] Shades of yellow represent feeling like one's gender has a mind of its own or is its own individual's. Shades of brown represent feeling like one's gender has a personality or being separate from oneself.
A third animogender flag was created by FANDOM user Reign of the breadsticcs on April 3, 2021.[2]
